The frequency of your visits depends on the treatments you're receiving and your goals. For facials, we recommend every 4-6 weeks to maintain healthy, glowing skin. Botox typically lasts 3-4 months, so most clients return every few months for touch-ups. Dermal fillers can last 6 months to 2 years, with follow-ups scheduled as needed. Microneedling is usually done in a series of 3-5 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart, followed by maintenance sessions every 6-12 months. Semaglutide for weight loss is typically given weekly at first, with adjustments as you progress. IV therapy and wellness injections are often scheduled monthly or based on individual needs. We’ll help determine the best schedule for you during your consultation.

At Spruce Medical Spa, we strive to provide the best possible care and service to all of our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone's needs, we have established the following.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who maybe waiting for an appointment. If a client fails to cancel or reschedule within this window, the card on file will be charged for 50% of the service.
If you fail to show up for your appointment
and do not provide any notice, you will be charged 50% of your service. This charge will be applied to the card on file or billed to you directly.
Every client receiving Botox or Dermal Filler injections is entitled to a complementary follow-up appointment scheduled two weeks from the date of initial treatment. This allows us to asses the results, address any concerns, and make any necessary adjustments.
- All new clients who receive Botox or Filler treatments will automatically be scheduled for a complimentary follow-up 14 days post treatment.
- Any follow-up appointments requested after the 14 day window will be charged at the full rate of the treatment. Clients are encouraged to reach out within the 14 day window for optimal results and adjustments.
To ensure client satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our products, we have established a clear return policy.
- Clients may return products within 24 hours of purchase. Products must remain unopened and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, clients must contact our staff within a 24 hour window.
- Approved returns will be processed based on the original payment method used for the purchase, and refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after the return is processed. Please note that products that have be opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return. Additionally, gift cards and sale items are final and cannot be returned.
When you purchase a package, it must be paid in full prior to your first treatment session. All treatments included in your package must be scheduled and completed within one year from the date of purchase. Please note that any unused treatments will expire after this period and cannot be refunded or transferred. By purchasing a package, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
